Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us clearly using the withdrawal form or the published contact details.

Returning goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Keep proof of postage.

We cover return shipping. Contact us to arrange the return; this does not limit your right to withdraw.

Refunds and statutory rights

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return. You are only responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the goods. Statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

Handling returns

Sending your withdrawal notice within the deadline is sufficient; prior approval is not required. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the withdrawal period starts when you receive the last goods. Pack the goods and accessories securely. Original packaging is not a condition for withdrawal. Refunds do not incur a refund fee.

Return method and costs

Notify us using the support form or by email at [email protected]. Returns can be sent by post or courier to the published return address.

We charge no return handling or restocking fee.

You may try on and inspect the item as you would in a shop. The right of withdrawal also applies to sale items. For a partial set return, identify the components being returned so we can confirm the refund.

Defects and statutory rights

Contact us if a product is defective or does not match the contract. Finnish statutory seller liability does not automatically end after two years; the expected normal service life is relevant. A manufacturer warranty does not limit these rights. Repair or replacement is provided without charge where required by law; a price reduction or termination may be available if the defect cannot be remedied as required.
